If the balance on your user account is zero, your user account will be temporarily closed and no fee will be charged. (a) If your user account remains inactive for a continuous period of 365 days, it will be deemed dormant. A user account is considered inactive during any period when none of the following actions take place: (i) a successful deposit is made (ii) a sports bet is placed or (iii) participation in any casino products. Rivalo will charge an Administration Fee for all user accounts that have been inactive for at least 365 consecutive days according to the following rules.
