TV was on when we entered, like someone was enjoying the room we paid for while we were waiting. Again no apology or any indication this was out of the norm. After 1.5 hrs we went back in line to ask when our room will be ready and two ladies were talking to each other (not to me) and pointing out that whoever checked me in failed to register me which is why I didn’t get an email. As we were waiting, we found several reviews mention the same complaint regarding *rooms not being ready*. There were several people not in line but waiting with their luggage and kids for their room to be ready. It was said very casually like this is business as usual. We were told we had to wait until we received an email notification that the room key was ready. Arrived 6pm and room wasn’t ready even though checkin is at 4.
